Good Trans Fats vs. Bad Trans Fats Revealed - Jun 26, 2008 - 11:32:26 AM
I'm going to talk about something today that most
of you have probably never heard... that there is a distinction between
good trans fats and bad trans fats. There is some evidence that the
good trans fats can help you with fat loss, muscle building, and even
cancer prevention, while the bad trans fats have been shown to cause
heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and the general blubbering of your
body.

put in, as many in spite of strong urge to build their body tend to give
excuses. Often, popular bodybuilders are found giving reasons like I don't
have time or That's too much work, if you wish to build heavy

You may know I've been called the anti-cardio guy before,
but this week I'm back posing the question to you... Do you really need cardio
training to get lean and in great shape? By the way, you'll see in a minute that
I'm not really "anti-cardio", just "anti traditional cardio".
