Oh, my. Man boobs, huh?

What's the matter, fella? What's got you so down in the dumps? You look like the neighborhood dog just had your cat for breakfast. What's that? You say you're embarrassed? About what? Come on, you can tell me. I'm your friend, right? You say you can't tell me, but you can show me? As long as I promise not to laugh? What could be so bad that you could show me, that would make me laugh -- ?

Oh, my. Man boobs, huh?

Is that all that's got you down? Relax, friend, I'll stop laughing in a while. When I do, I want you to know, I can help you take care of this embarrassing problem.

You do realize you can burn that chest fat away and be rid of those man boobs, don't you? Certainly. In fact, you could do it, with just three short, very intense workouts a week. You say you don't want to work out with that much intensity every week? Well, you can always stick with having those man boobs...

Okay then, hear me out. To get rid of that unsightly protrusion on your chest, you've just got to think of your chest fat the same way as you would any other body fat. For starters, cut back on the junk food. In fact, if you can cut it out altogether and go with whole natural foods, the better. While you are making changes to your diet, then you need to take a look at how, and how much, you are exercising – if you aren't, then you need to start. If you are, then you need to crank up the intensity. Put a fire under you body that will help burn away that chubbiness there in your chest area.

If you are embarrassed about your man boobs, then you don't need to worry about doing your workout at the gym.
